Our Promise to Families

VietProHub Kids is designed as a safe, educational space for children. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and following the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation — Kids (GDPR-K) principles.

What We Collect

• On-device progress:stars, badges, drawings, and activity history are stored locally in the browser (or in the child's family account when signed in).
• Account information:a nickname and avatar you choose for the child. We never ask for a child's full name, address, or photo.
• Basic analytics: anonymized page views to understand which activities are used, without identifying your child.

What We Never Do

• We do not sell children's personal information.
• We do not show third-party behavioral advertising.
• We do not allow children to chat with strangers.
• We do not collect precise location data.

Parental Controls

Parents can set daily activity limits, review the weekly report, reset progress, and delete all locally stored data from the Parent Dashboard. You can also clear the browser storage to remove all on-device data at any time.
